Gua Sha

Eyebright: Apply to cotton wool pads, sweep over eyelids and lashes to clean and wake up eyes. For a revitalising, soothing compress, soak 2 cotton wool pads, place over eyes and relax for 5-10 minutes.

Superskin Eye Cream: Apply a grain of rice-size amount between your ring fingers. Tap in a circular motion using your ring finger, starting at the outer corner of your eye, moving under the eye and then over the orbital bone, out to any fine lines. Smooth outwards around the eye contours, using both your middle and ring fingers.
