Shampoo: Apply to damp hair. Lather, then rinse thoroughly.

Conditioner: After shampooing, smooth across damp lengths. Rinse thoroughly.

Treatment: Cleanse hair and gently squeeze out excess water but do not towel dry. Apply in zig-zag motion 1-2 tick mark amounts on side of bottle, depending on length of hair. Lather and wait 8 seconds. Rinse well.
