Chill Blue colour is awesome
I purchased this eye pencil in a chill blue shade, and the color is a lovely icy blue. However, I'm not impressed with the quality of the pencil. It's a bit difficult to apply, as the line doesn't go on smoothly, and the color isn't even. Perhaps if the pencil were softer, it would perform better.
