If you’re looking for a cheap eyeliner that lasts a good amount of time- this is it. I didn’t find that it smudged much on me, nor did it transfer. Only thing i will say is the ‘black’ could have darker pay off

I love the colors of this, I have already more of them. When fresh, it glides easily and creates a nice line, however when not used for a while or dry, you have to remove the surface color a bit, no problem at all.
