Spray: Apply sunscreen generously to skin approximately 30 minutes before being in the sun. Re-apply regularly, particularly after perspiring, swimming or drying off.

Body Oil: Shake well before use. Apply immediately after showering. Allow 5 minutes to absorb and dry before getting dressed.
