Great eyeliner
This is the only eyeliner doesn't make my eye look like panda. Use for the first time today. So impressive of easy application to my inner line. Staying power is so great , no smudge at all. Really love it.

One that works!
After using various other high end brands and expensive eyeliners which never seem to stay put and smudge to the outer corners of my eyes, I decided to take a chance on this RMK Ingenious Waterproof Pencil Eyeliner. I am so impressed by this eyeliner! I put it on in the morning and by the mid afternoon test, it has not smudged or come off. It's still on! I no longer have panda eyes and I think it is well worth the money.
