Prep: Exfoliate and moisturise dry areas, hands, feet, ankles & wrists.

Apply: Glide on using a mitt to ensure no missed patches.

Rinse: Shower off after 1,2 or 3 hours depending on your desired shade. Simply rinse off after 1 hour for a light tan, 2 hours for a medium golden bronze or 3 hours for a deep, dark tan.

Glow: Your desired depth of tan will develop over 4-8 hours. Top up as desired to maintain tan.
