Step 1. PREP Exfoliate and moisturise dry areas, hands, feet, ankles and wrists

Step 2. APPLY Glide on using a Mitt to ensure no missed patches

Step 3. RINSE Shower off after 4 hours for a dark tan or after 8 hours for an extra dark tan

Step 4. GLOW Your tan will develop into your chosen deep dark tan. Exfoliate & moisturise daily to prolong your tan and ensure an even fade
