Make sure both your skin and the BEAR™ device are clean and dry. Then, apply the FOREO SUPERCHARGED™ Serum (not included) evenly across all areas of the face / neck you wish to treat, leaving a thin mask-like layer on the surface of the skin.
Press the universal button to turn your BEAR™ device on. Adjust the microcurrent intensity by quick-pressing the button again, once for each level. Access guided treatment videos and more settings via the FOREO app. To visibly tone and lift: Lightly press both metallic spheres to your skin, and slowly glide the device upward and outward across your cheekbones and forehead, around your mouth and over your jawline and neck, as desired.

Amazing
I've been using Foreo bear 2 for more than a month. I've been pleasantly surprised by the gentle firming effects on my skin. Its user-friendly design and efficient treatment sessions make it a joy to use daily. While the changes are gradual, my skin feels more toned and revitalized. I'm quite happy with the consistent, positive results and look forward to seeing how my skin improves over time with bear 2.

Chuffed to have bought this a couple of weeks ago, it's really good! Never thought I'd think fondly about a device that uses electrical current to make myself look younger, but here we are! It has a neat anti-shock function that prevents me from electrocuting myself, so I find that a great option to use on a regular basis. I think the results are quite obvious so far and it's not a hassle to use daily, so I'm quite motivated to continue with it.

Amazing
I've had it for around a month already, used it every morning, and can really tell that it has helped a lot. I wanted to firm and give a bit of a lift to my cheeks and forehead mainly, and it definitely has worked well there. It's quick, hassle free, pain free (the most important aspect), and generally amazing.

Insanely good
It's not only good, it's insanely good! I'm super pleased about the results and it has really kicked my skin into shape. Consistency really is key, so it's important to be diligent with the routine to achieve the desired results. I like that it doesn't cause me pain, it glides on my skin without snags, and it's really quick and easy to get a treatment done. Everyone deserves to have an easy to solution to their skin's needs.

Wow!
Wow is all I can manage! It's so good, feels very relaxing and I love the instant gratification of seeing the results immediately after a treatment, so I'm confident that it will give me great results over time of prolonged use. It's easy to use, it doesn't hurt and my skin feels moisturised and firm after.
