It's glue, not highlighter!
As great as this looks, it's more like glue! You have a matter of seconds to blend, otherwise you end up with hard dried lines.

Magic brush
I bought this product to help with the dark patches under my eyes. It works perfectly, covering beautifully - light to wear and evenly spread without any crease lines which often happen with other products I have purchased.
