Using it as a Base & Top Coat
I simply love Holographic Nail Polishes. But this one is not a heavy duty Holographic Nail Polish because the amount of Holographic powder they have put in this one is very very less compared to that of Gosh, China Glaze or Zoya nail polishes. This is the second time I've bought the Jessica Hologram Silver Glitter Top coat because I found a nice way to use this one. I don't shake the bottle before using. I use it as a base and top coat. I continue using it without shaking the bottle before use till my bottle is 3/4th empty and then shake it and use it as a Holographic nail polish. That's the only way you can see the Holographic effect.
