This is great for helping prevent dry split ends. It doesn't weigh my hair down as long as I avoid the roots and smells fantastic. Probably would not be heavy enough for people with very thick coarse hair but for my fine hair this is excellent.

Love this product. With so many moisterising sprays they only work well if you spray on damp hair. This is great for inter-wash defrizzing and moisterising. I have superdry hair and this is a major help.
