So far, a great product!
I have used this top coat two times and it seems really great, the shine is brilliant and it really transforms an ordinary polish into something more! I would definitely buy it again!

Shiny
Nails Inc Plumping Top Coat looks nice and shiny, but thick to paint on and needs the correct amount on the brush to go on smoothly.

Gelish effect
