Chewy sweet like supplement, tastes great!!
I find swallowing tablets tricky sometimes, especially as supplements tend to be larger than typical paracetamol etc..., so chewable supplements is such a great solution! These taste like a sweet berry, taste great, I take them during my working day if i'm getting anxious over deadlines and they seem to do the trick, I keep them on my desk for an hour of need haha
