Helped with hair thinning
I use these daily and can’t recommend them enough. It’s helped with perimenopause hair thinnning and I have noticeable regrowth around the front of my hairline.

Taste nice! Only used these gummy’s for the months supply I had, I’m on a hair health journey and I can definitely see an improvement in my hair but I can’t say if it’s 100% from the gummies or the fact I’ve stopped bleaching and using as much heat on my hair? But I would re purchase!
