Fantastic product! In the beginning I used this incorrectly because I didn't know it was supposed to be used as an extra treatment 2-3 times a week so I used 1 capsule 1 day. That was it is a very expensive product since you use 1 jar a month. Now I use this whenever I've exfoliated and such.

Good for winter
Got some tiny red spots on face which appears when my face was dry, but disappeared after use for three days consecutively.
