Versatile and smooth, the jelly helps to detangle and minimise the appearance of frizz, while also reducing the chance of flaking. A boost of Argan Oil drenches your tresses in moisture, locking it in for long-lasting, touchable softness.
Apply after cleansing, conditioning and detangling hair. Apply while hair is still very damp. Avoid rigorous towel-blotting to minimize frizz. Apply Born Curly Argan Leave-In Conditioner & Detangler, liberally according to instructions. Detangle using a wide tooth comb.
Smooth on Born Curl Argan Curl Defining Jelly along small sections, from root to tip. As you near the end of each section, define curls by rotating your fingertips to form a coil. (For longer hair, finger-raking or finger-coiling are also ways to define the natural coil/curl pattern.)
Spray hair with As I Am JBCO Water to keep hair damp if it begins to dry before styling is complete. Allow hair to dry completely to set the definition and avoid frizz. Air drying recommended. For older children, able to sit stationery for the time it takes hair to dry, you may use a hood dryer set to a low setting.
Fluff, separate or arrange coils/curls to finesse style if desired, only after hair is completely dry. To re-define curls, simply re-dampen the hair with water and smooth with fingers.

Finally something to help my curls and stop frizz. This is so good and used alongside the leave in conditioner. Gorgeous smell and leaves curls and waves perfectly frizz free!

Brilliant stuff
I’ve got 2c hair: thick, curly, frizz prone and long. It’s got more curly and dry as I’ve aged and I’ve tried hundreds of products now, over the last 10yrs. This stuff is great - I’m using it alongside Elvive oil shampoo n conditioner, I only need to use a small amount of this to get soft defined curls that last for days. It has simplified my hair routine. I let it air dry a lot Of the time. It’s made life so much easier and now my hair is just not an issue and I’m happy to keep growing it.

Finally a gel I can fall in love with!
This is a gamechanger. I have lots of long, fine, mainly 2b wavy hair and have always struggled to manage frizz and create long lasting definition. Any other gel I’ve tried just weighs down my hair and makes it look lank and greasy. I tried this after kurlywavykaren on IG recommended it as her fave gel and am so pleased with the results, it’s given perfect, long lasting definition and frizz control on top of my fave curl cream with no residue at all. I think it works so well for fine hair types because it’s super light and runny. Will repurchase over and over! Also waaay more affordable than most I’ve tried with less success.

Suitable In a curly hair routine
