I got this after seeing it reccomended on Instagram a few times. I think it really helps to give my hair volume and makes it feel thicker. I'll definitely buy again but it lasts absolutely ages so won't need to buy again any time soon!

As I a woman going through the menopause ( which seems to be never ending) my hair has taken the brunt of it. What was once a thick head of hair has gradually thinned. I can't be without this item. I don't use much but after spraying on damp hair I give it a good rub in. I use along with the phomollient, but I noticed a big difference if I don't use it. At first I used the volume one, but found the thickening one better for me.

I have very fine and thin hair. I use this with the Aveda Phomollient. Together, they make a great cocktail. Hair is left volumised and thickened but still feels silky and natural.
