What started as a way to support beauty talent when it mattered most has grown with the industry. Today, the LF Network of Experts brings together the authorities, artists and voices shaping beauty – from dermatologists and aestheticians to makeup artists, hairstylists, editors, writers and creators – to share their expertise, develop their careers and find new opportunities to earn.

Our connection to beauty experts goes back to the beginning, with LOOKFANTASTIC’s roots in professional salons and hairdressing education. When the COVID-19 pandemic forced salons, clinics and businesses to close, we built on that heritage in a new way. LF Experts was born – built to champion the people and expertise that make our industry what it is, while giving our customers trusted voices to turn to in an increasingly crowded beauty landscape.

As the industry has evolved, so have we. But that same purpose remains at our heart today – backing beauty talent and turning expertise into opportunity alongside beauty’s most iconic brands.

Who can apply to become an LF Expert?

Whether you are a working professional in the industry, a passionate content creator, or a dedicated makeup artist, there is a space for you in the Network that suits your goals and expertise.

Do I need a certain number of followers to apply?

A minimum of 5000 followers is required to apply.

Do I need professional beauty qualifications?

Whilst this is a welcome addition to the Experts Network, you don't need a professional beauty qualification to be involved.

How can I progress within the Network?

Your growth matters to us. So, twice a year, we’ll review your journey as an LF Expert. Our team will look at the content you've created, the sales you've driven, and your engagement with the programme to date, ensuring your progression is guaranteed as soon as you're ready to take the next step within the Network.

What happens after I apply?

You will be contacted by one of our dedicated team members within 5 working days to discuss your role within the LF Network of Experts.

Are there opportunities for paid work?

Yes, as you progress through the rewards tiers, more opportunities will become available to you, from commission and vouchers through to retainers and one-off fees for campaigns.
