Great multi purpose gel. Think the price is a little but it is a really nice produce. Great for aches and pains but mainly use it on the forehead and temples for headaches.

Very good multipurpose gel. I use it mainly to alleviate swollen legs and muscle aches, but also it's fantastic to relieve tension and headaches, I apply it on my forehead, temples, nape of the neck and shoulders and the relief is almost instantaneous! But what I don't like is the ingredient list, I thought parabens weren't mainly used any more, and I didn't expect from a brand like Elemis to use them. Also, the price is a bit high for the quantity, more if you use it every day in large areas.
