Left a residue in my hair

Bought this with high hopes, after every wash - no matter how thoroughly I feel like I have washed this out I come to dry it and it still feels like I have product in my hair !! My hair feels dry and sticky at the same time and also really knotty. Really disappointed

Feels left in my hair

Got this shampoo and the conditioner on recommendation from my hair dresser as he works for matrix.  I have used it now for 3 weeks and it just feels like the product is left in my hair. Don’t know if it is the shampoo or conditioner but I was it out thoroughly and just feels so thick in my hair after dry.

Smells great but I’ve used half a bottle and it’s not done much to repair/feel in better condition. Much prefer the Moisture Me Rich bundle

This Shampoo goes with the set, it cleans my hair without drying it out, worked quite well for my fragile damaged hair it cleans without stripping it out, thumbs up.

Great product. Really net be honest don't like any sprays that I need apply after hair wash because it looks and feels that I need wash my hsir again. But Not this product. Shampoo and conditioner easy to apply, smells nice as and make my hair Nica, soft and softer couple weeks I notice it really less breaking. Spray and leavy product not made my hair mgreasy and dirty split hair look. So try it and you will love it to like me. Highly recommended

This cleansing shampoo gives great clearing to the scalp and hair shafts. It didn't leave my skin / hair dry or cause any reactions. I rinsed and my hair felt fully clean and refreshed

Iv seen a notice since using the shampoo. My hair is getting alot more easier to manage and is not brittle and also my colour is poping

Feels amazing

Such a great product. I have very long hair and I only had to use a little bit of shampoo to cover my entire hair. My hair felt awesome after using these products and will definitely be buying it again.
