Lovely shampoo

I really like this shampoo as it cleans my hair without causing build up like other products, and I’ve been able to leave it to dry naturally without it going flat (usually if I do this my hair is flat on the top and incredibly fuzzy/wavy elsewhere - now it’s got volume and the frizz is much more contained and the waves are more defined). I bought it after doing OUAI’s hair type quiz on their website.

I wanted to really love this, but I’m not sure. The smell is lovely - my hair smells like I just left the salon - that super clean bouncy salon smell. But, I’m not sure the formula is right for my hair, my hair feels a little dry and fluffy after using it.

I find the medium shampoo and conditioner a little drying, leaving my hair looking more lacklustre and fluffy than when using cheaper high street brands. A minor point but I am also not a fan of the scent as it is very perfumey, whereas I prefer sweeter, nutty scents. I do find my hair lasts quite well over the following days but it is just not as sleek as I am used to. Won’t be buying again.

Find it so hard to find a shampoo that doesn’t weigh down my hair. Got this one and the matching conditioner as a sample with a previous look fantastic order and it made my hair feel so light and smell amazing. Will definitely be purchasing the full size.
