Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with luke warm water. Lather a quarter size amount of MEDIUM shampoo in hands and then work into roots and where hair touches the scalp. Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner. Apply a quarter size amount of MEDIUM conditioner, focusing on midshaft and ends. So hydrating!
I love this shampoo as it cleanses well to the point your hairs squeaky clean, but due to the oils and ingredients it also delivers hydration which means I can cut back on conditioning my hair making it feel lighter.
