Wouldn’t repurchase
2I had high hopes for this product and wanted to love it - but I just don’t. I don’t mind the smell, it’s fine but in terms of how this conditioner coped with my thick hair - lacklustre. I’ve gone back to Kerastase. Expensive trial and error.

A must for thick hair
5A must have for thick hair, a little goes a long way with this product and your hair is feeling so soft and easily manageable. Leaves a beautiful scent and my hair is left feeling like I just left a hair salon.

3Super hit and miss. This is a heavy, thick conditioner which can be hard to wash out. Beautiful scent though!

5Anything that Ouai bring out, you know it's going to be good! There's no conditioner like it - leaves your hair feeling amazing! 10/10 recommend. I'm already on my 3rd repurchase from LF!

The best shampoo
5Wouldn't typically recommend a shampoo but the Ouai thick hair is amazing! It leaves your hair and scalp feeling SO clean! I wouldn't ever use anything else!
