Bad packaging
The product itself isn't awful but also didn't do enough to warrant a repurchase. Poor packaging too, the dropper doesn't pick up and drop well, it's gloopy so just ends up everywhere.

Pros: it’s an effective serum, it takes stray hairs Cons: in my opinion it smells quite cheap - like the type of body spray you bought at 14. The packaging is totally impractical - the pipette is useless because of the consistency, it just dribbles everywhere the moment you take the pipette out of the bottle. I wouldn’t buy again.
