Underwhelming
Needed to replace my go to Mac gel eyeliner before Xmas. Unfortunately it was out of stock, after searching for an alternative I settled with this one from Bobbi Brown I found it too solid making pick up on brush difficult. I'm used to a more soft texture so glides over eye smoothly. Now I have resorted to leaving my pot on my radiator which is better but isn't ideal or fully resolve. Good pigment buy poor consistency

Solid? !
I've never used gel eyeliner before. My whole life I've bought liquid eyeliners but now I'm 47 I was looking to try something a little more subtle. So I bought the Bobbi Brown eyeliner brush and this pot of gel liner, expecting to just dip the brush in. When the pot arrived I really surprised to see that it appeared solid and not remotely a dip-able / liquid or gel like product. In order to get a refund the product can't be used, so I'm having to send it back. Maybe I received a faulty product, but it looked like it needed to be mixed with water or a damp brush to even begin to behave like a normal eyeliner.
