Hardly goes off from the skin
Balm is hardly washable from the face. Hot water doesn't help much, need to use washing towels. Takes off cosmetics well, though.

Make up melts off
I've bought this a few times now so thought it was about time to leave a review. It does the job - make up and mascara just melts off! The little pot lasts ages so I tend to buy this as and when I need it (easier on the budget this way!). I actually have always preferred another brand for the 'Spa' experience for my cleanser, but since trying to save money I have moved to this one permanently - and love it now.
