Best Cleanser Ever
I’ve used this cleanser for years. I have oily/combination skin which is also sensitive and this products doesn’t irritate my skin and is great at removing makeup too. A little goes along way. This product can last me 2-3 months and I double cleanse in the evening and single cleanse in the morning

Functional but feels less premium
I was a bit concerned to read reviews whilst waiting for the product to arrive saying that the cleansing balm smelled like cooking fat and maybe that’s why I’ve been a bit sensitive to it. The thing is, I worked as a chef for ten years, so I know full well how it feels to have a greasy film over your skin from standing over fat fryers. I suppose this product just didn’t feel like a premium brand. It didn’t make my face feel tingly clean and nourished. I can imagine it would do a good job at melting down heavy makeup but I don’t wear more than a little concealer and mascara so I might not be getting that full benefit of usage. Overall, I would say it’s okay, but I would probably go with Elemis cleansing balm instead for a premium feeling cleanser

If you remove makeup with a multiple step routine- this is a must have!!!! For longwearing, full glam, or even a simple makeup look, this is a game changer! The texture is a balm so I was a bit skeptical, but if you follow the instructions and apply the balm ON YOUR FACE WITH MAKEUP before doing anything else to it, this works magic! It melts into your skin while also dissolving and melting the makeup away! I find that it leaves my skin very very soft yet hydrated which is perfect for me. A little goes a long way, so it's very cost effective in terms of a multi-step makeup removing routine (this balm to melt makeup first + micellar water + 1 cotton pad/wipes) vs using more of a product (ex: more micellar water + 2-3 cotton pads/2-3makeup wipes) to get the same level of "clean" we all aim for when taking makeup off.

Good cleanser
I like the texture of this cleanser and it does the job. I didn’t realise it was unscented, so I probably wouldn’t buy it again because I really liked the scent of the last cleanser I tried. I imagine this one to be good for sensitive skin though.

I LOVE this product. I have bought 3 tubs of this stuff and I love it. It takes all your makeup off whilst moisturizing and cleansing the skin. It takes all makeup off and it therapeutic to use. I have VERY dry skin and it does not irritate or sting at all. Fragrance-free so not harsh on the skin either. I would recommend this to anyone.

Love this as my first cleanse to take my makeup off. I put a small amount in my hands and massage into face, it lifts all make up including Mascara. I then just wipe off with a wet flannel. Leaves skin feeling soft & clean. Bought multiple times now and still love.
