Great product
Love this product, you only need a small amount, warm it in your hands, massage all over face and eyelids then add water to emulsify and wash off. I always wash my face afterwards, then tone and moisturise. It also removes waterproof mascara so well!

Loved it, but.............
I bought this cleanser as I’d had really bad breakouts for a few months and tried most cleansers on the market. I’ve been using it almost everyday for 3 weeks and my skin is so much clearer and removes all makeup really easily. My only but is, every morning after using this the night before my eyes are either stuck together when I wake up or cloggy. Not from the previous days eye makeup but from the product itself. I rinse it really well with warm water and then use a cloth with warm water to remove any excess product left behind. It’d be interesting to know if anyone else has this problem

Not usually a fan of Clinique products if I’m honest, but this is amazing and a product I buy again and again. Used as a first step cleanser it removes all traces of make up and the skin feels lovely. I’ve tried similar oil based first step cleansers and they don’t work. Highly recommend!

This product is absolutely amazing, however this is definitely not suitable for all skin types. I have sensitive skin and after two days of using this, my face had broken out. Please be careful if you have sensitive skin!

As someone with super sensitive skin and eyes who loves to wear waterproof makeup, this is amazing. I wet my face and then take a small amount and massage it into my eyes and then face, doesn't irritate me one bit and removes all my makeup. Then I use a liquid cleanser to remove any leftover residue and im done! Love it and will forever continue to buy.

Have been using this cleanser for years and would not be without it. Scent free balm texture that melts off all make without any difficulty. Tackles even waterproof mascara with ease without stinging eyes. Doesn’t strip the skin and not drying in any way. Always in my skin care press.

This is the best make up remover for a two step routine. I’ve tried a few others, but the fact this is rinse off rather than a wipe off makes it super convenient. It doesnt dry out my skin like a lot of other oil based cleansers, and it removes every last trace of make up. I like that it’s colour and fragrance free so that it doesn’t irritate my skin either.

Very effective as a first step to thoroughly take off makeup and sunscreen .I go in with a forming cleanser afterwards as I have acne prone skin and wouldn’t want to risk breaking out. I used to use oils in place of it before, and they always broke me out even with a second cleanse.This hasn’t broken me out.

It does what is says on the tin, it dissolves make up! Yay, but looking carefully at the ingredients list which is very short! It does worry me a lot as the first ingredient side effect is clogging pores as it is pure fat. Just for context, I always double cleanse, 1st balm/2nd Clarisonic The texture and experience were the worst for me, it literally felt like I was rubbing lard on my face, sooo greasy! Nope nope nope thanks. I tried this product as an alternatice to my Elemis cleansing balm and no doubt that I will go back to it in a heartbeat! In fact straight after testing this Clinique product, I went to buy elemis again. I also did not like the no fragrance, it smells like nothing which is confusing! For someone on a budget, go somewhere else, the Vichy make up remover is better for example, there’s a lot of option out there. This product is going straight into the bad bin for me!
