Equipped with a convenient dual-ended brush that encourages a precise application, the water-resistant formula stays put with a barely there feel. Perfect to take on-the-go, the root cover-up powder is housed in a handy mirrored compact to ensure a fuss-free top-up, whenever and wherever.
- Application: Apply to dry hair. Load up small end of brush with powder. Use free hand to pull hair flat/taut against head and press brush down firmly into roots, starting from scalp and working out – do not use sweeping motion. Apply more powder as needed. To extend highlights, use side edge of small brush. Lightly dust off any excess powder with wide end of brush.

Purchased this for myself & my daughter who are both naturally dark blonde/ mousey blonde & it is nothing like it is demonstrated in the Wow video....... multiple applications makes the hair very slightly lighter & just leaves a glitter on the scalp. Waste of money. Love the other Wow products, this one is just disappointing

I created an updo for her and added this in afterwards & it created the perfect illusion of thicker hair & helped her not full so self conscious too. It lasts really well and is easy to apply & doesn't look really fake and silly either. Build it up slowly & ensure you blend well along the hairline.
