Wow.. Really helps acne!
I didn't expect this to work. I'm really skeptical about products for acne having tried many things in the past. But these stickers actually work! I leave it on overnight, and by the morning my spots are calm and flatter and far less red and angry. It also really takes away the pain from those nasty painful breakouts! It doesn't turn my spots into whiteheads as the other reviews said.. but it definitely reduces the spot for me. Love it. Going to buy more!!

Not miraculous, but great
These patches can be lifesavers. They are very effective in pulling the gunk out of a blemish overnight, leaving the area smooth and flat when you remove the patch. However, I don't know if it's just me, but it usually leaves a red mark on the spot where the patch was.

It hasn't been very successful for me. I would rather go without product on my spots to let them heal on their own. That said, it can be good to cover a spot under foundation.

So satisfying
This is a great alternative to picking your pimples! It’s so satisfying when you take them off and it protects your pimples from your own fingers while you’re using them. Only issue is that they can be quite visible in the wrong light, but cosrx does a invisible pimple patch as well

Just...okay
I'm sorry to say I was disappointed by these patches. They cling onto the skin so tightly that when you peel them off, it feels like you're taking several layers of skin off with you. I didn't see or feel anything being sucked out of the spots I tried these on either. I will say that they are good if you have an infected spot and want to avoid touching it. They are best used at night, or left on while you're sleeping.

Actually work
The first time I used these I was surprised that they actually worked. However, it's important to wait until the pimple is relatively close to the surface, it doesn't work unless the pimple is at the stage where you can see a white dot (at least not for me). But then it's like magic, it's sooo satisfying when you see it's sucked up all that gunk, and overnight you have no pimple!

I have cystic acne and this product brings whatever oil is inside but works better when the acne has a bit of puncture for the oil to be absorb. One to 2 days the lumps are gone. I just wish it blends under make up. Otherwise fantastic product.

This is a really great product. I've been purchased it for almost 2 years. But I've found that these patches work really good when a pimple is in the last stage, I mean when they are already full-grown. A patch absorbs all of the bad things from a pimple. But I wouldn't suggest to use these on the just started growing ones. It didn't work for me on that way. Those ones were disappeared on my face, but I could feel them under the skin for a couple of weeks. And unfortunately these patches don't do any work with blemishes on my particular skin. I still have to use a special treatment for the red spots. But overall I would recommend this product.
