Nice cleanser
I wanted to try an oil cleanser and I found this one on the site. It smells ok, it has a very mild scent nothing too overbearing. It also came in a no frills bottle. I've used it for a few days now and I've had no issues with it. I use it for my first cleanse but I find that I have to wet my hands before applying the product to my face. The product turns milky on your skin once it mixes with water. I find it does help keep my skin soft and works well as a first cleanse. I will finish the product and see how it goes.

Love this cleansing oil! It is so much better and smoother than using a makeup remover. It feels amazing on the skin and does not feel harsh at all. Plus I love the natural ingredients! Would not swap it for anything else ever at all! I am tempted to try the DHC face wash powder ^_^

Very good product
I use it as the first step of my night double cleansing routine. It removes all make up and dirt. I then use the DHC wash powder (very gentle product) to remove the excess of oil and the remainder of dirt left on my skin. My skin feels fresh and clean.

FANTASTIC PRODUCT
Initially I purchased the 30ml version of this oil just to test the waters, I immediately fell in love with it. It effortlessly and gently yet effectively removes and dissolves all the makeup, sunscreen and sometimes even blackheads and clogged pores on my combo acne prone highly sensitive skin. I wash it off after massaging it onto the skin por around 60 seconds and then I continue with my gel cleanser. I can ensure this does not break me out nor irritate my skin at all and I feel like it has even improved my overall texture. I highly recommend this product and have purchased the full size already.

Not as good as I wanted it to be
I bought this as I had run out of my usual SuperFacialist skin renew cleansing oil. I read the reviews and had high hopes. Unfortunately I don’t think this is the product for me. It doesn’t remove my mascara (not water proof just basic), it makes my skin feel dry and tight within 10 minutes and I find I have to use more of it than other brands. I’ve used it for a week and already bought my usual oil which I’ll be going straight to and not finishing the DHC bottle. I am conscious that this is my opinion for my skin - it obviously works for other people but not me sadly.

Good for those who wear waterproof makeup
I wear makeup almost everyday. I tend to double cleanse every night. The cleanser probably removes 85-90% of waterproof mascara off my lashes in one wash. I suggest you do it twice if you wear a really waterproof mascara that's absolutely difficult to remove. If you use regular mascara, it will definitely remove it with ease. What I love about this is it's not harsh on my lashes and not drying on my face at all! This is great in removing layers of makeup off your face.

I switched to this a few years ago from the shu uemura cleansing oil becoming too difficult (and too pricey) to purchase in the UK. At first I wasn't much of a fan is it is much thicker than the shu uemura and the smell wasn't all there either but it grew on me and now I couldn't be without it!! It's my holy grail!! I've gone through about 6 bottles and I am in no rush to find an alternative because this is perfect. I use it to take my make up off everyday, 2 pumps and its all off effortlessly!!! Or 3 if I have heavier eye make up on to make sure I wont rub any eyelashes out. Its so gentle on the eyes. Skin is left feeling so soft, smooth and feels so nourished and moisturised once its washed off. A little goes a long way. A bottle may last me about 4-5 months. You'd be mad to look at other products because this the best for cleansing oils and totally affordable too!!

That's probably my 2nd or 3rd bottle of this cleansing oil! It's perfect for taking a full face makeup off and it's perfect for the 1st step of cleansing your face if you're a fan of double cleansing. It leaves the skin clean, hydrated and nourished. Last week I had finished my last bottle and had to use micellar water before my new one arrives...and my skin was feeling dull and lack of glow which says a lot about this product. I also want to try the cleansing oil for large pores from the same brand but I am so happy with this one, I don't want to risk it for now.
