For tinting, the primer's black colour subtly coats and lifts lashes for a natural-looking finish. To amplify, the primer acts as a mascara base to promote extra volume and length for a fuller appearance. Finally, the primer can be used as a long-wearing topcoat to set your mascara and help improve its staying power.

This is worth it. My sister bought it for me the first time and i've never looked back. My mascara looks better having used this as a 1st step. I get panda eyes when using only mascara, even waterproof ones seem to run but this has stopped that. Its also really good on its own for a little pick me up or no make up make up look.
