The Eucerin Sun Allergy Protect Sun Crème Gel SPF50 provides high broad-spectrum protection for sun-sensitive skin. Fragrance-free, non-sticky and water-resistant, the sun cream gel is suitable for use on the face and body.
The sunscreen gel uses Eucerin’s Advanced Spectral Technology which combines UV filters and HEVIS light defence for very high protection against UVA, UVB and visible light. Additionally, the formula is enriched with alpha-glucosylrutin, a natural antioxidant-rich ingredient derived from the pagoda tree, and licochalcone A for antioxidant protection.

- Application: Apply generously before sun exposure and reapply frequently, especially after swimming, perspiring or towelling, to maintain optimum protection.

Life Saver
I went on my first vacation when I was 8 years old to Cuba. While I was there I discovered I had heat rash (or what I thought was heat rash) and I suffered all week with an itchy burning rash all over my body.. after my vacation I experienced the same rash every summer in Canada. As I got older I became more immune to the Canadian climate and I was fine, until I went to Mexico in 2011. About 3 days into my trip I developed a rash all over my arms, shins, neck, chest, and feet. It was awful. It completely ruined my trip. I love to travel and did not want this to stop me from being able to. I chalked it up to the humidity as I went during a very hot Mexican summer. I went on two more trips during January where it is typically cooler and I still developed the rash, each time more severe but I began to notice a pattern. It started to turn purple and became very painful. I also only developed it on my neck, chest, shins, and feet. My mother suffered with heat rash all through her childhood and she thought my symptoms were very different than hers so I decided to research it. I came across something called "pmle" and this is when I realized I was sensitive to sun light, not heat and humidity. I've been an avid Eucerin user for years, and love the brand. When I found out they made a cream specifically for sun allergies I knew I had to try it out! I just got back a week ago from Mexico, a trip I very much enjoyed because I experienced no rash!! I applied the Eucerin sun allergy cream on the areas that are prone to pmle and I didn't develop any redness, itching, soreness, nothing! This stuff is AMAZING. I no longer need to worry about my vacations being ruined. This stuff has truly been a blessing. The only down fall I will say is that it is very sticky despite the bottle saying it is non sticky. It will also leave a yellow stain on your clothes (it will come out after washing though). I will be stocking up on this miracle in a bottle.

I have suffered from PMLE for years and with loving to travel to the Caribbean it has been very hard to enjoy myself. I cannot even drive in my for car with out an eruption that is until I found this sun protection. I was unable to spend time with my grandchildren outside without being covered head to toe long sleeves and pants for I would break out in the most itchy painful rash that would last for weeks. I applied it as directed on the bottle and after swimming for an hour I applied it again. I am excited to say I went to Jamaica for a week swimming and walked the beach without yes I said without an eruption. I am so excited. I also used the after sun care for sun allergy protection and what a difference. Yes it can turn your whites yellow but I would rather deal with yellowing of my whites than this awful rash. If anyone suffers from this I think you might agree. It feels wonderful to be able to almost normal again and enjoy myself. I still where my floppy hat and sunglasses when going to the beach. My only issue is I cannot purchase this at any store or pharmacy I have only found it online but with free shipping right now I guess it isn't to big a deal. Thank you Eucerin for this wonderful life saving product.
