ghd bodyguard creates two levels of heat protection between the heat of a styling tool and the hair using polymers and conditioning agents. The bodyguard heat spray coats each strand of hair for a smoother-looking finish ready for styling. Use with all tools from hairdryers to straighteners and tongs for ultimate thermal protection and great hair.

Separate the hair in horizontal layers starting at the back of the neck. Apply 2-3 pumps of ghd bodyguard from a product's distance from the hair. Continue working up in layers to create an even distribution of product through the hair. Brush through and style as normal using your favourite ghd tool.
Style Tip. Apply ghd heat protect spray first if you’re layering it up with other styling products.

Best heat protector out there
This is without a doubt the best heat protector I’ve used, it’s lightweight and doesn’t leave a texture or a greasiness to the hair. It smells great too. I have fine hair and would say you need to use a good amount as it’s a fine spray - so maybe for everyone wouldn’t feel worth the money but for my damaged hair I’d say it is.
