Directions for use:

Fantastic hair product
My hair is really difficult to control due to chemotherapy treatment I have went from having poker straight hair to having curly hair which in 14 years I have never been able to master I have tried most everything to control it when the slightest hint of moisture hits it and nothing has really worked until I found K DISCIPLINE KERATINE THERMIQUE from Kerastase it is fabulous and does what it says hair is left soft and managable and deals well with heat and moisture and the dreaded frizz I would recommend this product

I absolutely love this. I have very long, fine hair which has a tendency to be quite frizzy. I'm a bit of a straightening addict but after using this I could almost ditch my beloved straighteners. A little bit of this cream goes a really long way, it's lightweight and doesn't make my hair greasy at all. After using this and blow drying my hair it is beautifully soft, shiny and pretty much frizz free. I can definitely recommend it.

I first had this producted used on me at my hairdressers. I decided to log on a buy a tube. My hair is thin and heavily bleached. This stuff is amazing! A little goes a long way I have a feeling this tube will last me a long time even though I’m using it twice a week. It smells amazing, it’s a creamy yet light cream, doesn’t leave my thin hair greasy and leaves it smelling so nice, soft, thick and healthy. Very happy with this product. I have a sensitive scalp and causes no problems. Worth a try!

AMAZING STUDD FOR CURLY HAIRED GIRLS!
This stuff is amazing. I have wavy semi curly hair which is prone to getting frizzy and looks better by day 2 and 3 . After years of using products designed for curly hair I decided I didn't want to enhance the curl I just wanted a more relaxed and less frizz prone wave so I started using the Discipline range from Kerastase even though its aimed more at helping create the perfect straight blow dry. I figured it might tame my curl better. Total Game changer. The shampoo and conditioner was good, but when I added this creme into the routine it finally gave me the hair I've always dreamed of! I put a small amount in my hair after showering and let it dry naturally, I never blow dry my hair. I had a gorgeous Hollywood wave that kept its shape, gave loads of shine, and didn't make my hair so puffy and curly. Total hero product!
