The versatile leave-in hair oil works as a pre-cleanse to detangle, as a pre-blow dry oil to provide 230°C heat protection*, as a finishing oil to minimise frizz, or as a touch-up for adding instant shine.

Apply 1 or 2 drops on wet or dry hair, as a leave-in treatment. Start from mid-lengths and work to ends. Style as desired. It can be used as a pre-cleanse, or a pre-blow dry oil, and for finishing and touch-ups during the day.

Good product but lacks instructions
I liked this product, it definitely added a shine to my hair and made it much less tangly and frizzy. However the box didn't really come with any instructions, the instructions provided by home tester club were much better/clearer in showing how much of the product to use and what things it could be used for.

Great product
I have thick frizzy hair and even when trying to straightening it there’s still a lot of fizz to it. This is fantastic and giving me a smooth finish to my hair and adding some shine.

Amazing result
I'm always a fan of Kerastase but this Elixir Ultimate Oil L'Huile originale had me on! I love that this hair oil can be used in 4 different occasions. On Dry hair before washing, pre drying your hair, as a finish to prevent frizz and to give your hair shine. Multifunctionality is the word! Also had good ingredients for your sking and hair.

Very good
A good overall product! You can see a difference in your hair after one use, my hair felt softer and more nourished than before I started with the product. I do think this product does work but I wasn’t as completely blown away by the difference as I thought I would be.

Anti-frizz and lasting shine
I’ve used this oil mainly on dry hair to give anti-frizz and lasting shine. A little goes a long way and it smells amazing. I do have thicker hair though, so I would recommend this to those with similar thickness/curls.

Adds super soft texture and shine
This is not a typical hair oil but adds shine and soft texture to the hair within 5 mins. I used this before shampoo on dry hair and washed it after 5 mins. To my surprise the hair was smooth, soft, detangled and had a natural shine. Extremely happy with this, a must have for everyone.

Smooth and silky
I was sceptical about this product as I’ve used oils on my hair before and they’ve left it looking greasy straight after washing - but this one is amazing! I used 3 small pumps on towel dried hair before blow drying and it’s left my hair silky, smooth and shiny. No grease at all! It smells amazing and has definitely controlled my usual frizz.

Keeps my hair in check!
I’ve used this product loads in the hot weather. It’s ideal for smoothing out frizzy hair and keeping flyaway/baby hair in check. And as a bonus, its non-greasy feeling!
