Directions of Use:
- Press button to release trigger
- Spray on damp hair, 15cm from your head
- Comb through and blow dry with a round brush
- For added volume, focus on the roots and blow dry hair upside down

Hard to say if it protects hair from heat damage as is advertised, but is smells lovely and definitely leaves hair feeling silky soft. I have very frizzy hair once blow dried and it hasn’t really made any difference in that way, but as an alternative heat defence than the Kerastase I was using previously, it is much more friendly on my bank balance!
