Excellent Product
This product was recommended by my hairdresser so I had high expectations to begin with. I was a little nervous the first time I used it as the instructions said to use gloves and I had put it straight on to my hands. Luckily, it washed right off though and I didn't get stuck with purple fingers. My hairdresser has been using ash blonde toners in my hair and this product works extremely well to prevent my hair from going yellow and to keep it looking as though I just got it done. She advised to wait one month after I initially had my hair done and then to use it once a week thereafter.

The best silver shampoo ever
This is by far the best silver shampoo for my scandinavian thin & blonde yet coarse-ish hair, heavily prone to yellowness. I use it with approx every other wash and the end result is pretty, natural, cool tone (without turning purple). Only remember to use proper conditioner afterwards to avoid drying effect.

It is ok
It cleans the scalp pretty good, (no dandruff or anything resulting from it in my case). Moreover, it isn't very foamy, but the hair results to be 'too clean' you have to use a conditioner to soften it. For what it has to do in terms of colour, it is ok; I've dyed it blonde... The shampoo doesn't make it any lighter or greyer, it just keeps the unpleasant 'yellow' away.

Recommended by a hairdresser. It made my hands and nails completely purple as I didn't realise it was like applying hair dye and it didn't cancel out any yellow in my hair and turned all my nice blonde bits grey and didn't lather up at all :( thumbs don't from me :(

Excellent product, it really takes away (gradually) the yellow from bleached hair. It's a bit drying but with treated hair you need a conditioner anyway. I apply it on wet hair, make a good lather and let it on a couple of minutes while showering, then rinse and apply conditioner. I have already repurchased a couple of spare bottles profiting from a lookfantastic discount... ;)
