Perfect as a toner
I have wanted for a long while to have silver/white hair, but anything I used in the past would not quite work like I wanted. This shampoo actually worked amazingly well to turn my platinum blonde to a gorgeous silver/white color, with just a very slight touch of blue/purple shine. You have to be careful to apply it equally and not for too long though, as it can stain your hair easily.

Brightens like no other
This makes my blonde hair brighter & lighter and gets rid of any brassiness in my hair, it makes such a huge difference! I have tried other purple shampoos but no other gives the results this one does. Be careful, it is a very intense purple colour and it stains things easily. It can also feel quite drying on the hair so use a deep conditioning mask after to keep your hair soft & smooth.

Does the trick!
Have been using L'Oréal Professionnel Série Expert Silver to remove the brassy colours that can appear a while after dying your hair light blonde - this has worked a treat and kept my hair nice and light without any orangey tones appearing. You can adjust frequency of use depending on how light you want your hair to be, and only have to use the tiniest amount for it to do the trick. All without damaging your hair too!

Great Stuff
This L'Oréal Professionnel Série Expert Silver keeps my greyish hair from looking a dull yellow. (The result of other products applied to control my thin fly-away hair) it's great to use despite the bluish purple colour. Good product.

It really shines
I have a natural gray hair, almost white and have had it since I was about 30. With this shampoo it really shines. After I start using it I have received so many compliments, and people ask me which hairdresser gave me that beautiful hair color. I can only reply that it is due to this shampoo.

The best ive tried!
I have a lot of bleached highlights and always use a purple shampoo and this L'Oréal Professionnel Série Expert Silver is the best I've tried. It's a purple lather and the water turns purple too, but my hair has never tinged with colour but stays a really clean creamy blond. I don't have a toner over my highlights anymore whereas I always used to! Would highly recommend above standard off the shelf purple shampoos.

Not the best
Well, this L'Oréal Professionnel Série Expert Silver is OK. But after a while if you have pale blonde hair like I do, then it can quickly turn your hair into having this green tinge to it. It's because blue eliminates only orange, and if you mix blue+yellow you get green. If your hair is rather orange then this is perfect. I can't use it anymore because it turns my hair green-ish. Recommend this for people with silver/grey hair from age or people with orangy blonde hair.

be careful
I used to use this L'Oréal Professionnel Série Expert Silver on my coloured blonde hair but when I started having bleach on my roots when using this stuff it as made my roots bright orange!
