I’ve tried several cheaper foundation brushes and wasted money. This, in my opinion, is one of the best on the market. Doesn’t shed, easy foundation application and buildable coverage. I clean mine after each use with a brush spray.

It is a staple foundation brush for me
I've tried it with all kinds of foundation brands (e.g.: Mac, Estee Lauder, Loreal, Maybelline, Nars...) and it works for me, it spreads the foundation nicely, the hair doesn't fall out, I usually clean it immediately after applying foundation, I don't have any problems with cleaning. You can achieve more coverage with this brush, I didn't notice that it picks up a lot of foundation, I don't put foundation on the brush, I apply the desired amount to my face and spread it with the brush.

I have been using a blending sponge before this for years (probably used my finger to apply the notorious Dream Mousse before that¡!).
