Lovely smell
I have been using this spray every night for several months now. I can't 100% say for sure that it really does help with sleep or if it's more of a placebo effect. Either way it smells lovely and is part of my bedtime sleep routine now and I seem to be sleeping more soundly since using it.

its a bit weird but.. it really does the job like a magic. whenever i spray it and then i lie on my bed i feel sleepy immediately and i can really fall asleep quick. it doesnt smell so much like lavender and i couldnt describe what the scent actually smells like but def a calm scent!
