Developed to protect from congestion, the Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Cleansing Toner removes all traces of impurities while diminishing visible blackheads and blemishes.
Harnessing the exfoliating power of 0.5% salicylic acid, the formula gently buffs away dead skin cells and trapped dirt that may block pores, leaving the complexion noticeably clarified. Suitable for those prone to breakouts, the lightweight toner sweeps across the skin with a cooling, refreshing effect, perfectly prepping for subsequent skincare steps.
Recommended for daily usage. Apply on wet face and gently massage especially the blackhead prone areas. Rinse thoroughly.

Not your average toner
Got to try this for free as a hometester. And I'm pretty impressed as normally I'm not too fussed by toners as most appear to do nothing or at the other end of the scale they are harsh and dry your skin out. This is different! Its smells nice and feels gentle on your skin whilst leaving it clean and refreshed. It had the added bonus of mattifying my skin which is fab when your prone to oily skin. I really would repurchase and use this more regulary as I love the way it left my skin feeling and looking afterwards. It shifted the last remnants of heavy wear makeup by cleanser hadn't quite shifted too which is a mean feat as that stuff is hard to shift.

Great Cleanser
This is a great product. It has a refreshing fragrance and didn't leave my skin feeling dry like some toners. MY skin felt really clean after using this toner. Would recommend.

Blackhead Cleansing!
This cleanser is great! Not only is it easy to apply but it also helped to prevent my blackhead breakouts all while leaving my skin more toned and refined. After each use, my face was left feeling cleaner and less oily like all the dirt and grime had been washed away. I don’t have half as many breakouts if any after adding this to my face cleansing routine, so it clearly helps to prevent future breakouts as well as dealing with current ones. All in all, a fantastic product that I would highly recommend due to its blackhead fighting and preventing ingredients.

Good cleanser
Over all this was a good cleanser, very easy to use. Has a plesent scent to it which is good as its on your face all day. Non oily and doesnt leave behind a sticky residue like some cleansers can.

Great for congested/oily skins
This toner is lovely smelling and did reduce my blackheads, however it is very astringent and an be quite stripping. So really great for very oily or extremely congested skins but for my combination skin I needed to use a good moisturiser afterwards to replace the moisture I lost. My blackheads did appear less obvious but I assume this was because the toner was clearing the top layer of skin. I think for the right type of skin this would work so well.

Great toner
Received as a tester so had an open mind to a new product. This toner is the perfect addition to my skin care routine. Nice light formula and easy to apply. I can see and feel the difference after it is applied.

Perfect for any type of skin
Have acne prone and problematic skin. Since I've been using it, my pores are much smaller, I have fewer spots and blackheads, and it doesn't dry out my skin terribly, like some other similar products.
