Good for cleaning a greasy scalp, other buildups, not so much.
Basically what the title says. Its good, if you have greasy hair and you want to extend the period between washes for a day, but it doesn't get rid of any mineral buildup. Another good thing is that it doesn't dry out your hair (I have been using once a week or even biweekly)
