Lovely shampoo and conditioner! It’s definitely improving the elasticity and overall condition of my hair. Only qualms I have is that it’s not THAT moisturising. Compared to the blue bottles this needs a leave in conditioner type spray afterwards.

Didn't work for my hair at all
I usually use the Redken damaged hair range but I thought I would give this a go instead.. I was really disappointed in these products. They left my hair feeling like straw and in worse condition than before using them. It may just be me but they didn't do my hair any favours at all.

Bad reaction
I bought this shampoo and conditioner after I had my hair done as I wanted something that would really look after my damaged hair bleached hair. After using this a couple of times I noticed that my neck, eyes and face would become very itchy. My nose has also become really sensitive and I can’t stop sneezing! I’ve noticed these symptoms have calmed down a lot when I have washed my hair with other shampoos and conditioners. I have no physical reaction that I can see but I am just itchy all in those areas and it’s not a nice feeling! I‘ve never had a reaction like this to hair products before so I am thinking there must be an ingredient in this to cause this which is such a shame because it’s made my hair feel lovely, super soft and strong. I can’t continue to use these products because the itching is unbearable.
