Believe the hype!!
I very rarely review anything but as someone who has experimented with every "posh" shampoo/conditioner going I cannot recommend this enough. I have dry-ish, highlighted hair. I didn't think anything could top pureology blonde shampoo but this does by a mile! I have fine hair but lots and lots of it and normally need loads of product (even when other reviewers say you dont), I think I used half the amount I do normally, could see results as soon as my hair started to dry 🙌 way less serum needed after straightening too. Very happy!

Worst product ever.
I was trying to get my hair blonde from very dark hair and I was being successful. I was then encouraged by my hairdresser to try and find products specific for blond and I came across this new one which promised to be marvelous for blonds. I have used for a while and my hair started to fade away and turn yellowish, lifeless and breaking a lot. I thought it could be the products the hairdresser have used to bleach but the same didn't happened the first time I was with her. My husband has a long beard and he decided to use the product as he said 'it looked and smelled expensive' I told him off but he used another time. Funny enough his long beard reduced a lot in size after a few weeks and he wasn't happy. Note: his beard is not even bleached or has any chemicals on it and it broke down. My hair broke so much that is a little bit below my shoulders and now I am back to dark hair as it was a completely disaster. I am now trying to recover the damage. Redken gave me a refund for the products but my hair is beyond repair and 43 quid won't fix it. I should've been smarter - the tip is on the product name: acidic.
