I’ve been using for a while to help with FFA which seems static now (fingers crossed). My dermatologist says it’s just really good for helping the blood supply to any hair that is under stress for any reason. I’m afraid to stop using it now !

It does absolutely work and my hair is growing back but it does have to be used every single day. The strong 5mg version is best as the twice a day one would be too annoying for me. It does leave my hair very slightly greasy but a small price to pay compared to going bald!

I have stress and menopausal hair loss and a dermatologist said the only thing proven to work is Minoxidil which Regaine has in it. My hair was noticeably thinning and receding at the temples. Within a week I could see the re-growth. Only use the Womens one for women and it’s not for bald spots only stress or hereditary female pattern hairloss. It will take about another 18 months for my hair to reach shoulder length so it’s a big commitment but nothing else is clinically proven so save your money and just buy this.

Give it time
I've been using this for approx 18months now. Within the first 3 months my hair was starting to fill in. A year later, it looks so much better, and when I put my hair up now it's full. I will continue to use this. It's easy to apply and I use a fine tailed comb to part my hair into sections. It does work. Bear with it.
