- When to Use: Before applying mascara.
- Application: Position eyelash curler with upper frame on top of upper lashes and carefully close the curler so the upper lashes are held between both frames. For a natural finish, curl the lashes in three stages, starting from the roots and working outward.

The Best For A Reason
It’s the best for a reason. These lash curlers have been at the top of their game for decades. I tried loads including influencers trends but always come back to these. I’d liken my Shiseido lash curlers to a faithful true real bestie no matter what is reliable& delivers. Highly recommended.

Worth the splurge
