The Inkey List PHA Toner is formulated for sensitive skin types to gently exfoliate the skin's surface to reveal a visibly brighter and smoother complexion.
Powered by polyhydroxy acid, PHA, the hero ingredient is made up of large molecules to remove dead skin cells while locking in moisture. The exfoliating toner is ideal for dull, textured skin types, as the formula features 3% niacinamide which works to illuminate the appearance of skin. Aloe barbadenis leaf enriches the toner, delivering soothing properties, for a nourished, smoother-looking complexion.

- When to Use: After cleansing and hyaluronic acid, if using.
- Application: Saturate a cotton pad and sweep it across the face and neck. It does not need to be rinsed off.
- Routine: Follow with preferred serums and moisturiser.

Great for sensitive skin!
It is great if you want a gentle leave on exfoliator! I have oily acne prone skin so I use bhas and aha s in my skincare routine regularly. I always reach for this when I don't need anything that strong but still want something exfoliating. It's great for sensitive skin. Love the inkey list and love this product.

With all this mask wearing and a new foundation that was clogging up my pores (which I realized was to blame after several uses) I didn't know what was happening to my skin. I usually don't break out that much, just get occasional pimples on the jaw line, but a month ago it was getting out of control so I realised that I needed something stronger than a face scrub and a clay mask for exfoliation. I didn't want to go into all that AHA/BHA business, so I came across this product. After a month of use and going through a purge my skin is finally back to the way it was. This product also has a slight scent, which I really like.

Good Product
I would recommend this product to people who have sensitive or reactive skin and want the gentlest of exfoliators. It has no harsh chemicals or alcohols and would be less irritating/drying than salicylic acid or lactic acid or glycolic acid. Polyhydroxy acids also have very large particles so they help to bind moisture onto the skin on top of the mild exfoliation. I would like if it came in a bigger bottle to reduce plastic waste - this is a criticism that can be made of many products from this line. But I have had no issues with the product inside.
