can't say if this 'assisted' with sleep as i'm not someone who struggles with it, but using it every night definitely helped my brain go 'ah its bedtime' and it smells lovely and relaxing

I love this spray. I find it hard to get to sleep but with this I’m asleep so fast and I barely wake in the middle of the night (which is unusual such a light sleeper like me). If I do happen to wake in the middle of the night, another little spritz again and I’m off. I find this one more effective than the Sleep Plus.

I needed a new pillow spray and I love thisworks products so I thought I’d give this one a try. It’s more expensive than ones I’ve bought before, but based on the reviews I hoped it would be worth it. As expected it does smell amazing, although the scent doesn’t seem to last very long. I think it’s lovely, but expensive, and so far I’m not sure I’d buy it again. I’ve given it 4 stars as it’s obviously very nice - it’d make a great gift - but I’m not 100% it’s for me.
